Law enforcement agencies across the nation will conduct intensive, high-visibility enforcement of seat belt laws during daytime and nighttime hours.
CLICK IT OR TICKET! My Story.
We all do, it buckle up our children in their safety seats or make sure they are belted in. I was one that often forgot to buckle myself. One such time I received a ticket and a $50.00 fine, I paid it and seeing the officer several times after I remembered to click it from that day forward. Several months later I was about a block away from my home and was in a bad accident that officer who stopped me for a missing plate and no seat belt had saved my life and a $50.00 ticket I couldn’t afford might have been the one thing that saved my life. I’ll forever me in the debt to that Cuyahoga Falls, OH Police Office that took the time to remind me of the importance of wearing my seat belt. It only takes a second to belt up.
